Brandon Williams, North Atlanta Real Estate Advisor

About Brandon

I got into real estate through the renovation, not the sale.

Before the license, there were job sites: budgets that moved, contractors who did not, and the slow education that comes from paying for your own optimism. That experience is now the backbone of how I advise. I look at a house the way someone who may have to fix it looks at a house.

Since 2018, I’ve bought, renovated, and sold my own homes and investment properties. Today I work with buyers, homeowners, sellers, and investors across North Atlanta as a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Atlanta Partners.

Most clients arrive with a question that is bigger than a listing: renovate or move, hold or sell, fix it or price it in. My job is to make that question answerable with numbers, then handle the transaction cleanly once the answer is clear.

What I believe

Clear advice should make the decision easier.

01

Worth it beats possible.

Feasibility is cheap advice. The valuable question is whether the outcome justifies the cost, time, and disruption.

02

Condition is a number.

Every deferred repair has a dollar figure attached. Naming it early turns uncertainty into a negotiation position.

03

The best deal is sometimes no deal.

I will tell a client to wait, stay, or walk when that is the smarter move. The recommendation matters more than the commission.

04

Clarity over enthusiasm.

You do not need someone excited about the house. You need someone honest about it.

The path here

The work behind the advice.

Before real estate, I built a career across media, finance, and client strategy. More than 15 years helping clients navigate complicated decisions taught me to find the real issue, pressure-test assumptions, and explain the reasoning behind a recommendation.

Renovating my own homes and investment properties added firsthand experience with contractors, budgets, changing plans, and living with the results. Radicle brings both sides together: disciplined analysis and a practical understanding of what it takes to improve a home.
